- Train and educate associates to achieve a high level of knowledge in various areas within the field of financial engineering
- Develop a skills framework in the financial domain that allows for the intersection of various and diverse disciplines such as Machine Learning, Quantum Computing and Information Theory
- Construct and develop Galilean-style models that enable the explanation of activities in different financial domains in a simple and comprehensive manner
- Foster critical thinking and dialogue skills through continuous interaction among associates from diverse academic backgrounds, aiming to develop robust mathematical, probabilistic, computational, and financial knowledge
- Enable associates to interact with a network of individuals from the academic or industries they are most interested in, in order to better understand and tailor their skills to meet their specific needs
